Greenswood Cottage
The Greenswood Cottage sleeps 2 people and is all on one level, with ample safe parking. Surrounded by a large garden with valleys views it is a place to relax and enjoy nature. There are many quiet and private sitting areas.
Dartmouth is just a 15 minute drive away, and the beach at Strete Gate only a 10 minute drive. There are several National Trust gardens and properties close by as well as the interesting town of Totnes.
Accommodation
The Cottage has a king size bed, a spacious en-suite bathroom with bath and walk in shower.
There is an open plan kitchen/ dining area and sitting room. The kitchen has an electric ceramic hob and oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
The sitting room has a smart TV,WiFi,and comfy settee and chair, plus panoramic views out over the garden and surrounding valley. There is electric heating throughout.
Outside there are sitting areas in the gardens, and in the barn opposite there is access to a deep freeze and dustbins for recycling.
