Directions

From the A38 PLYMOUTH expressway exit onto the A384 TOTNES road. Following the signs for DARTMOUTH, filtering left at DARTINGTON and turning right at the traffic lights in TOTNES.

After a further 6 miles bear left at TOTNES CROSS GARAGE onto the A23122 DARTMOUTH road.

After passing DARTMOUTH GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB which is on the left, take the next right turn just after the rumble strips - sign posted to STRETE, SLAPTON,AND TORCROSS.

Continue for a mile passing over the small staggered crossroads at COTTERBURY CROSS.

The turning for GREENSWOOD is 400yards further on the left. It is then 1/2 mile down to the house.
